Qualifications

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to serve clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact with clients, supporting the legal team.
• Surface client questions and concerns to attorneys and relay guidance clearly.
• Return calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Provide status updates so clients understand timelines and next steps.
• Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and preparing sessions.
