You will liaise daily with clients, respond to inquiries, and assist attorneys and paralegals in maintaining case progress while adapting to evolving procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to use both professionally.
• Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures.

• Empathetic and able to communicate with clients under significant stress.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform at a high level with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals.
• Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Proactively provide status updates so clients understand where their case stands.
• Coordinate case logistics and manage timelines and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit filings to immigration agencies.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company protocols and processes.
