You will work closely with lawyers and staff, ensuring timely updates, and delivering empathetic service under high-stakes timelines.

The role emphasizes following standard operating procedures for case management, maintaining quiet, focused work from home, and adapting to changing tasks

Qualifications

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and able to communicate with clients under significant stress.
• Works well under pressure; organized, detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, communicating in English and Spanish.
• Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Proactively provide status updates and manage client timelines.
• Coordinate case logistics and scheduling; track deadlines and milestones.
• Assist in compiling and submitting filings to immigration agencies.
• Contribute to development and improvement of company protocols.
