Political Asylum Lawyers is seeking a bilingual professional to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging daily in English and Spanish with exceptional communication and empathy. You will respond to inquiries, request documents, and manage cases within established workflows to keep progress on track.

You will not need substantive immigration knowledge but must master the firm’s SOPs, maintain focus in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving tasks while delivering

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for daily client engagement.
• Excellent communication and empathy when interacting with clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, communicating daily in Spanish and English.
• Send emails and make phone calls to respond to client inquiries and request documents.
• Keep case development on track by following workflows and flagging delays.
• Proactively communicate with teammates about issues or difficulties in a case to maintain progress.
• Master the firm’s SOPs for managing cases and client interactions.
• Maintain a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and self-discipline with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to changing tasks and processes as the company grows.
