Responsibilities

• Triage and draft CEO responses, manage inbox.
• Manage CEO calendar across time zones.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements.
• Oversee conference prep, logistics, and travel for conferences.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and household manager.
• Handle business and personal admin, scheduling.
• Identify repetitive tasks and help automate.
• Support special projects using AI to research and present findings.
