Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a proactive BDR / Sales Operations Specialist to own the attorney acquisition pipeline in a fully remote role serving Latin America. You will drive outbound prospecting, manage CRM data, and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve conversion rates.

You will collaborate with a U.S.-based commercial team, schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive, and optimize processes with modern sales tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/SDR or sales operations.
• Proven outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Experience with CRM pipelines (GHL/HubSpot/Salesforce).
