Bluelight LLC is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to join our expanding team. You will execute high-volume outbound prospecting, manage outreach in HubSpot, and build targeted lists using Apollo and Clay to drive qualified opportunities.

You’ll write personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls for Account Executives, with a focus on hitting KPIs and building a scalable pipeline. Remote-friendly role with opportunities across the Americas.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo.
• Proven B2B sales or inside sales experience in tech/software industries.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily across channels (80–150+ activities/day).
• Manage daily outreach in HubSpot and build targeted lists with Apollo/Clay.
• Run multi-touch sequences in Instantly and research accounts with ZoomInfo.
• Write high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
