Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to independently build and execute an outbound prospecting process targeting US-based business owners and decision-makers. Your success will be measured by qualified discovery calls and calendar filling for the founder.

You will research target companies, navigate gatekeepers, and book 15-minute discovery calls, while maintaining CRM records and daily activity reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, booking meetings for US-based companies.
• Experience building outbound processes from scratch (prospect lists, sequences, scripts).
• Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for research, personalization, and follow-up writing.
• Experience booking meetings with US small business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an outbound prospecting process for US-based business owners.
• Book qualified 15-minute discovery calls with decision-makers.
• Ensure prospects meet qualification criteria and follow up with personalized emails.
• Record all calls and outcomes in the CRM; submit daily activity reports.
• Identify effective opening lines, objections, and industries with high engagement.
• Own the outbound process and suggest improvements to scripts, lists, sequences, and tools.
