Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for its fast-growing B2B SaaS offering that automates QuickBooks workflows for accounting firms, CPAs, and finance teams.

You will conduct cold calls, send outbound emails, qualify inbound leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team, with a strong emphasis on phone-based outreach and measurable activity metrics. This is a 100% remote role that requires US business hours availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound cold calling andBooking meetings from cold conversations.
• Proven ability to maintain professional phone presence and handle objections.
• Excellent spoken English and strong written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and clean CRM habits (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to target accounting firms and finance leaders daily.
• Qualify inbound leads and book demo meetings with the sales team.
• Log all activity in HubSpot and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Meet daily/weekly call and meeting targets and track outreach metrics.
