Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for its B2B SaaS tools serving accounting firms and finance teams. You will make cold calls, send outbound emails, qualify inbound leads, and book meetings for the sales team.

This is a phone-first, high-activity role with targets, metrics, and a 100% remote setup. US business hours availability is required, with USD compensation bi-monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound cold calling and booking meetings.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for CRM management, sequences and outreach.
• Fluent, clear English for phone-first role.
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to accounting firms, CPAs, controllers, and finance leaders daily.
• Qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.
• Send outbound emails as part of multi-touch cadence.
• Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify them for demos.
• Log all activity in HubSpot and maintain clean pipeline data.
