Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile regression testing for our high‑scale fintech products. You will build and maintain automated tests, participate in CI/CD, and ensure test reliability across Electron, React Native, and web apps.

4+ years in QA automation plus hands-on manual testing, plus experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO, CI workflows, and AI-assisted QA tools will help you thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote global team.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, e.g., GitHub Actions.
• Proficient in Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron/React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain regression automation scripts for core user flows.
• Perform manual validation and exploratory testing per defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance, and other tests.
• Document feature behavior with clear, precise notes.
• Log pass/fail criteria and map failures to bugs.
• Identify risks to product quality and processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality across SDLC and releases.
• Incorporate user feedback from customer-facing teams into testing strategy.
• Assist in refining and estimating testing effort.
