Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing. You will build and maintain automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and perform manual and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality releases.

The role requires strong automation skills, hands-on testing experience, and a proactive approach to improving testability and reliability across web and mobile platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright (desktop/web) and WebdriverIO + Appium (mobile).
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including iOS/Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
