Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both manual and automated testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain regression tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and work with developers to ensure testability and acceptance criteria.

Familiarity with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium is required, along with experience testing Electron or React Native apps on iOS/Android devices.

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation and hands-on manual/exploratory testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered apps is a plus.

Mansioni

Build and maintain regression automation scripts to support core app functionality.
Manually test software for validation against defined criteria.
Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance, and other tests.
Document feature behavior in detail and track pass/fail conditions.
Correlate failures to bugs and communicate risks to quality.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to improve SDLC quality and release readiness.
Coordinate with customer-facing teams to integrate user feedback into testing strategy.
Participate in refinement and estimation to support accurate planning.
Use GitHub to manage automation repos and run custom tests.
Participate in On-Call rotations.
