Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps, ensuring quality across platforms. You will build and maintain test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, Electron, and React Native apps, including AI-assisted QA approaches.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with desktop and mobile testing tools and architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
