Tether seeks an Automation QA Engineer to build and maintain automated desktop and mobile test suites, while performing manual and exploratory testing to ensure quality across the product stack.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability and acceptance criteria. The role supports a fully remote, international team with strong AI QA tooling awareness.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
