Tether seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual and exploratory testing. You will ensure test coverage across products and contribute to building robust, scalable automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA automation experience with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on testing of Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real devices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
