Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead proactive sourcing across LatAm markets. You will own sourcing strategy end to end, building pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to drive high-quality hires.

You’ll specialize in Executive Assistants, Marketing, or Technical roles and excel at outreach, using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with US business hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on proactive sourcing.
• Based in Latin America or able to source LatAm talent markets.
• Strong domain specialization in one area (EA, Marketing, or Technical).
• Proven ability to generate candidates proactively, not just screen inbound.
• Excellent English writing; Spanish preferred.
• Highly organized with multitasking sourcing efforts.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• LatAm network or connections across specialization.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing or recruiting automation.
• Experience sourcing across multiple LatAm countries (Bolivia, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile).

Responsabilidades

• Own proactive sourcing for your specialization with LatAm market focus.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and outbound methods.
• Write personalized outreach to improve response rates across channels.
• Build and maintain authentic candidate relationships through early interactions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define success profiles.
• Keep pipelines clean and documented in the ATS; monitor health.
• Flag market risks early and adjust sourcing plans.
• Share insights and market feedback to inform hiring decisions.
