• Build the business case with scope, cost, and impact.
• Provide precise deliverables to guide engineers and adoption.
• Position as an operational and AI partner, not a vendor.
• Expand work beyond the initial account and uncover next opportunities.
• Direct contractors with clear direction and avoid rework.
• Scope moves that align with business metrics and continue after launch.
