Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Business Operations Manager to implement AI workflows and manage the execution layer for the Head of Firm Management portfolio. This fully remote role places you at the center of a cross-functional firm leadership team, ensuring priorities are visible and commitments are delivered without friction.

You will coordinate with partners, senior lawyers and business services, design governance cadences, prepare concise briefing papers, and drive initiatives end to end

Formación

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles working directly to a senior leader.
• Ability to design a way of working and establish cadence and governance.
• Professional services, law firm or equivalent complex stakeholder environment is a strong plus.
• Native or full professional English fluency required.
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset; discretion and handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• AI-Driven Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by refining workflows and integrating AI tools.
• Demand and Priority Management: Own the inbound flow of partner requests and decide what reaches the Head of Firm Management, with a reason attached to every call.
• Leadership Operating Rhythm: Run the cadence of firm leadership, planning cycles, and reviews, and design what does not yet exist.
• Decision Support: Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries and drive execution on decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across partners, senior lawyers, business services and external parties as the primary liaison.
• Execution Ownership: Take initiatives end to end and report on them when complete.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate gaps and delays and resolve them before they surface.
