Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Business Operations Manager to implement AI workflows and run the execution layer of the Head of Firm Management's portfolio. The role centers on turning inbound commitments into a ranked, decided list, and ensuring priorities are visible and delivered without friction.

You will design cadences with the Head of Operations, coordinate across partners and senior lawyers, and own end-to-end initiatives, anticipating gaps and escalating when needed.

Formación

• Experience working directly to a senior leader with authority to act.
• Proven ability to create new ways of working within established frameworks.
• Sound judgment for declining requests while preserving relationships.
• Experience in professional services, law firm, or complex stakeholder environments is a plus.
• Native or full professional English fluency required.
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset with clarity and simplicity.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI-driven process improvements to enhance tracking, briefing, and coordination.
• Own inbound flow of partner requests and firm issues; decide what reaches the Head of Firm Management.
• Run leadership cadence: committee prep, planning cycles, leadership meetings and reviews.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries for rapid action.
• Coordinate across partners, senior lawyers, and business services; escalate when needed.
• Take initiatives end to end, reporting on outcomes after completion.
• Anticipate gaps and delays, resolving them before they surface.
