Wing Assistant is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth selling AI agents to US SMBs from Argentina. You will manage the entire sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and close deals while aligning with US business hours.

Expect a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with competitive commission potential. The role requires excellent English, proven quota attainment, and the ability to structure deals without discounting.

Formación

• Proven experience in account executive roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in full-cycle SaaS sales to SMBs.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to hold pricing and structure deals without discounting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing and first payment.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with deals typically ranging from $300–$650+ MRR.
• Present solutions and demonstrate business outcomes to clients.
• Work US business hours to align with our target market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies.
