Improvado is seeking an AI Product Builder to own a data-driven product end to end, building data pipelines, shaping roadmap, and working directly with clients and engineering teams. You'll run marketing optimizations and ship features, automating analytics workflows with AI, SQL, and modern data stack, while resolving production pipeline issues.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows: Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding to accelerate development, write tests, optimize complex problems, and ship faster
• Product ownership/ product management proven experience — able to take a problem end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
• Marketing or revenue data domain experience, experience with marketing optimisation - highly preferred
• Experience building and scaling an AI agent and ability to make it reliable
• Strong SQL skills required; dbt or similar transformation-tooling experience strongly preferred
• Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues
• Availability to work full Pacific Time (PST) hours

Responsabilités

• Own the product end to end, from idea to delivery, define the product roadmap and how it evolves
• Build and maintain data pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams on priorities and delivery
• Run marketing optimizations
• Ship features
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements
