Anyone AI is seeking a strategic leader to own data initiatives for AI labs, from proposing data plans to pilot delivery. You will design samples, coordinate with experts, and ensure frontier-grade benchmarks across reasoning, coding, agents, and tools, with QC that stands up to buyer scrutiny.

In a small team, you will drive proposals, recruit SMEs, and manage lab partnerships, delivering pilots end-to-end and shaping production engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical delivery, quality, or program management in AI/ML data.
• Hands-on experience delivering data or evaluation work to AI labs or enterprise ML teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Proposals & requests: turn benchmarks into proposals and sample packages.
• Sample & benchmark development with exact ground truth and gold reasoning.
• Recruit and calibrate experts across coding, tool-use, and STEM.
• Lab relationships: manage partners, keep CEO informed.
• Pilot delivery: own pilots end to end from scoping to delivery.
