THE/STUDIO is a fully remote company building an AI‑driven data engine to manage end‑to‑end product creation workflows across platforms. The role focuses on building pipelines, dashboards, and real‑time alerts that surface process state and bottlenecks, enabling proactive decision making.

You will own data across the organization, partnering with engineering and automation to ship scalable data solutions and leverage AI in daily workflows while documenting enablement guidelines for non‑technical

Formación

• Hands‑on fluency with SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
• Deep experience with BI dashboards (Looker Studio) and workflow automation (n8n, Make).
• Proven track record of building and deploying tools from scratch, not just querying databases.
• AI‑First workflows: daily reliance on AI tools to accelerate development.
• Directly communicate with business leads to extract requirements without formal specs.
• You thrive on ambiguity and own the end‑to‑end delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the AI Data Engine toward an NLP query interface.
• Build automated pipelines and dashboards with zero manual pull.
• Ship end‑to‑end solutions from raw requirements without formal specs.
• Deploy real‑time alerting to detect process breakdowns.
• Expose process timestamps across core platforms to identify bottlenecks.
• Engineer workflow automations linking data sources to reporting tools.
• Fix data quality issues directly at the source.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and prototyping.
• Document tools and processes for non‑technical managers.
