Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead data projects from scoped brief to final package. You assemble the right experts, drive production, uphold quality, and ship on time on a small team.

You own end-to-end delivery across concurrent engagements, calibrate contributors, and prevent quality drift while communicating risk and status to the lead.

Fluent English is required; Spanish is a nice-to-have. This is a remote role supporting LatAm and US-based workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program/delivery management or data operations, ideally in AI/ML data evaluation or annotation.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a nice-to-have.
• Proven ability to run several projects in parallel without dropping quality or timelines.

Responsibilities

• Project execution: oversee staffing, production, QC, and delivery across concurrent projects.
• Expert orchestration: staff from expert pool, brief, calibrate, monitor output and utilization, keep production moving.
• Quality control: run QC structures so each package survives buyer scrutiny before it ships.
• Throughput & instrumentation: track output per contributor week, flag bottlenecks, protect margin by managing expert hours against scope.
• Handoff: keep Strategic Project Lead and the Human Data Evals Lead informed on status, risk, and what shipped; surface escalations.
