Improvado, an AI-powered marketing data platform, seeks a Senior AI Analyst to own end-to-end transformation projects for complex client accounts. You will write transformation logic, build automated analytics workflows, and drive product quality using SQL and AI techniques.

You will collaborate with Product, BI, and Customer Success to align data architecture, deliver scalable data pipelines, and ensure reliable client datasets across Martech datasets.

Formación

• Experience applying AI to automate analytics or data workflows.
• Ability to build and scale an AI agent and ensure reliability.
• Ownership mindset to drive end-to-end solutions with minimal hand-holding.
• Strong SQL skills; dbt or equivalent transformation tooling preferred.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipelines with modern data stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery on complex client implementations: SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements
• Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes
