Rockstar is seeking an AI-Supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners in a remote, full-time role. You will manage calendars, inboxes, tasks, and daily follow-through within a Claude AI workflow, with training and ongoing coaching.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and polished, owners'-voice communications. You will draft emails, build agendas, and prepare presentations, turning transcripts into action items and summaries.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting a business owner or leader.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work
• Strong project coordination and task management skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize deadlines
• Strong presentation skills with polished slide decks
• Excellent written English for business communications
• Good judgment on what to handle independently
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Able to work independently with steady communication
• Willingness to complete confidentiality training and HIPAA awareness

Responsabilidades

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through.
• Draft outbound emails in the practice's brand voice; review before sending.
• Maintain daily and weekly summaries; pull and review reports from CRM/EMR/spreadsheets.
• Manage practice coordination tasks including patient follow-ups, referrals, and scheduling workflows.
• Keep Claude environment up to date and maintain HIPAA compliance; ensure drafts are reviewed.
