Job summary

Account Manager - Remote | LATAM is a hands-on role at Atomic HR, supporting universities and nonprofit partners in performance marketing. You’ll own day-to-day partner success, coordinate campaigns end-to-end, and translate needs into actionable direction.

You’ll work with an Account Director on larger accounts, manage multiple locations, and drive improvements in enrollments, inquiries, and donations. This is a fully remote USD role with flexible client calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for agencies or independent practice.
• Strong grounding in conversion tracking, tagging, and ad account structure.
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools; demonstrated project you built with Claude.
• Near-native English for calls and updates.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and locations.
• Brand and copy judgment with ability to defend decisions.
• Comfort working with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and launch site, tracking, and channels within two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking reflects real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit for client updates.
• Manage SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, setting up ad accounts.
• Structure multi-location accounts to show location-level metrics and compare cost per booked appointment to adjust budgets.
• Automate recurring tasks with Claude workflows.
• Attend client calls across time zones.
