Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a remote Account Manager to own day-to-day partner success for higher education and nonprofit accounts. You will manage multi-location campaigns, write brand messaging, and oversee SEO, social, and paid media while coordinating with internal teams.

This is a fully remote LATAM contractor role with USD compensation and flexible hours across time zones. You will work with an Account Director on larger accounts, translating client needs into actionable direction and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with agencies or independent practice.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and proactive.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and maintain scope/deliverables records.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with paid media team and surface insights.
• Support onboarding and new business activities to start partnerships strongly.
