Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking an Account Manager to own end-to-end client relationships across multi-location accounts, from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will draft brand messaging, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and build Claude workflows to streamline repeated tasks.

You'll collaborate with an Account Director on larger accounts, participate in client calls across time zones, and maintain clear status updates, budgets, and deliverables for universities, nonprofits, or similar partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with a project you built.
• Near-native English for calls and updates.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and locations.
• Strong brand and copy judgment with rationale.
• Comfort with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used weekly.
• Join client calls across time zones.
