Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote, contractor role based in LATAM. You will manage universities and nonprofits, coordinating SEO, social, and paid media while owning end-to-end client success.

Strong copy and brand messaging decisions are essential, with Claude-driven drafting and edits. You’ll work with an Account Director on larger accounts, ensuring timely deliverables, clear budgets, and lifecycle ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, agency or independent practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with a personal build or project.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts end-to-end from proposal to onboarding and ongoing management.
• Write brand messaging and copy, draft in Claude and edit to client voice.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts to clearly reflect location-level metrics and budget shifts.
• Automate repeated tasks into Claude workflows used by the team.
• Join client calls across time zones and ensure timely deliverables.
