Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day partner success for universities and nonprofits. This remote, LATAM-based role focuses on onboarding, campaign coordination, reporting, and proactive relationship management across multiple locations.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable plans, run SEO, paid media, and analytics, and help grow partnerships while maintaining strong communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients (agency or own practice).
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools, plus something you built with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and proactive.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and track scope/deliverables.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end with timelines, quality, and scope.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface actionable insights.
• Align creative, media, and analytics teams to keep execution smooth.
