Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a remote Account Manager for a LATAM contractor role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You will own day-to-day partner success, keep campaigns on track, and ensure deliverables align with budgets and goals.

You will work with an Account Director on larger accounts, translating needs into actionable direction, while owning partner relationships across multiple locations. This is a fully remote role paid in USD with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital marketing for clients, agency or own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure.
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools; built something with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Be main day-to-day contact for assigned partners; proactive, partner-first.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end with timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor performance and surface insights with the paid media team.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
