FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI‑driven solutions, and deliver real systems that work in production. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with mainstream stacks (TS/Node, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM‑powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four‑year college degree completed.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems and deliver a scoped, defendable POV.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn it into executable specs for people and AI systems.
• Architect & design end‑to‑end agentic systems including context, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi‑step automations, internal tooling, and integrations.
• Own CI/CD for the delivered systems including environments and releases.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, support pre‑sales scoping and proposals.
