FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and maintain AI-enabled systems in real-world environments. You will act as consultant, operator, and engineer, working with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries to prove value through production deployments.

You should be fluent in back-end and front-end tech, capable of shaping discovery conversations, and comfortable challenging business cases with executives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development.
• Production experience in TypeScript/Node+React, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong API design, service design, and data modeling skills.
• Track record as Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Experience owning CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Discover AI problems with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Map current processes and turn them into executable specifications.
• Design end-to-end agentic systems incl. orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI-enabled systems and internal tooling over weeks, not slides.
• Own CI/CD and deployment environments for the systems built.
• Present and defend decisions to senior leadership and support pre-sales.
