Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python.
• Experience building and implementing AI/ML applications.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompting, and AI optimization.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Customer-Facing Engineering: Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping integrate and optimize AI solutions.
• Full-Stack Development: Build applications, tools, and customer solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• AI/ML Development: Build and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription optimization.
• Integrations & APIs: Build and manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs to ensure reliable customer workflows.
• Product Development: Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that directly address customer needs and business outcomes.
• Customer Optimization: Use customer feedback and evolving requirements to continuously improve AI solutions and workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects and priorities with speed and quality.
