Job summary

FullStack is seeking seasoned software engineers to join its AI-native delivery teams. You will embed with enterprise clients, identify AI-use cases, and architect end‑to‑end solutions across integration points, data, and tooling.

You will lead design, build, and delivery, owning CI/CD and environments while collaborating with executives to ensure measurable business impact. This is a fully remote role across the Americas.

Qualifications

• What we look for: 5+ years professional software development experience on mainstream stacks.
• Strong foundation in architecture, integration, and delivery of software at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to collaborate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Discover and scope AI-enabled problems with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automated solutions.
• Architect end‑to‑end agentic systems including context and retrieval layers.
• Build working, deployable AI-enabled solutions with hands-on contribution.
• Own CI/CD, testing, and environments for delivery of projects.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs, and leaders to quantify impact and defend decisions.
