Job summary

FullStack is seeking forward deployed engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build and operate AI solutions inside client environments. You’ll apply consultancy, engineering and operations chops to prove value and deliver production systems.

You’ll drive discovery with CTOs and VPs, scope projects, design agent‑oriented architectures, and ship working AI capabilities within weeks, tightly integrated with clients’ pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven experience evaluating environments and defining technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Conduct workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn into executable specifications.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems, including context, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Build. Ship working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling and integrations.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, environments, and deployment processes.
• Consult. Present and defend decisions to CTOs and VP-level leadership; support pre-sales.
