Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with core proficiency in Python.
• Advanced English is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI developer tools in daily workflows.
• Proven experience taking full end-to-end ownership of features from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to assess data readiness.
• Structure the process and spec for automated business processes to be executed reliably by AI systems.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context, retrieval, and data sourcing.
