Hire Overseas is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand. You will work across order management, supply chain, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory, forecasting, vendor management, financial analysis, and operating systems.

This hands-on role requires AI proficiency, deep analytics, and initiative.

Formación

• 5+ years of operations, supply chain, logistics or related experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, COGS, margins, P&L, and cash flow.
• Experience managing POs, inventory, procurement, production planning and logistics.
• Experience with freight carriers, warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers and other vendors.
• AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT are used daily.
• Advanced Google Sheets and spreadsheet skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end order management from PO receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate inventory, production planning, and procurement.
• Manage logistics, freight, and shipping with vendors.
• Develop forecasts and financial analyses to guide decisions.
• Create operational reporting for management visibility.
