Accenture is seeking a Life Sciences End-to-End Value Chain AI Transformation Manager to lead AI-enabled supply chain reinvention for top clients. You will collaborate with business leaders to define strategies, deliver insights, and drive scalable transformations across enterprises.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep analytics, and proven program management in a consulting or internal consulting setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on relevant Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or 7 years of internal consulting experience or equivalent role in non-consulting companies.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

• Work directly with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights for top organizations.
• Help address priority enterprise-wide issues with strategies that can be executed with speed and at scale.
• Spot, define, and solve Supply Chain problems using operating model architecture, business analytics, and supply chain processes.
• Give clients insights that help make operations work better, faster, and more efficiently.
• Challenge legacy ways of working to fuel client growth.
• Leverage technology to improve client effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage small to medium-sized teams with diverse backgrounds and skills.
