Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect AI-enabled solutions. You’ll blend consultant, operator, and engineer roles to validate business cases and ship production-grade AI systems.

You’ll work inside client environments, handle discovery, design, and delivery, and defend architectural choices with CTOs and VPs of Engineering. Strong focus on end-to-end ownership and measurable impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream stack.
1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Hands-on with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
Experience APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope defensible AI work.
Structure the process and the spec for automated business steps.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
Build. Ship working AI-enabled systems, prototypes to production.
Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD, environments, and releases.
Consult. Defend decisions with CTOs and engineering leaders; assist pre‑sales where needed.
