Job summary
FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and deliver AI-enabled solutions. You will diagnose data workflows, design retrieval-focused architectures, and ship production-grade agentic systems with end-to-end accountability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Shipped at least one agentic AI solution or RAG architecture to production.
- Advanced English is required.
- Four-year college degree is required.
- Experience using AI developer tools in daily workflows.
- Proven client-facing discovery call experience.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs / microservices.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of features.
Responsibilities
- Discover with business/data/engineering stakeholders and assess data readiness.
- Structure the process specs for automations.
- Architect & design agentic systems end to end with strong context retrieval.
- Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling.
- Operate CI/CD for AI deployments and maintain eval harnesses.
- Consult with CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
