FullStack is a rapidly growing AI-native engineering partner delivering production-grade AI solutions for Fortune 500s and startups alike. The role sits inside client teams, embedding with business and data stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that actually move the needle.

You will architect, build, and operate agentic systems, with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring clear communication and ownership from discovery through

Formación

5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
Shipped an agentic AI solution, LLM workflow, or RAG architecture to production.
Advanced English is required.
Hands-on experience with AI developer tools in daily workflows.
Proven end-to-end ownership of features from discovery to deployment.

Responsabilidades

Run discovery workshops with stakeholders to map processes for automation.
Structure process specifications for AI-enabled automation to be reliable.
Architect and design agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
Operate CI/CD for AI-enabled applications and monitor performance post-launch.
