FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, shaping AI solutions from problem framing to production. You’ll diagnose data, design retrieval and model behavior, and deliver trustworthy, production-ready systems.

You’ll partner with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, guiding discovery, architecture, and hands-on implementation while ensuring value delivery and due diligence throughout the engagement.

Competenze

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows is a plus.
Advanced English required.

Mansioni

Discover by running workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
Architect and design agentic systems end to end with context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD for AI and prompt/versioning.
Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, cost and latency management.
Consult with CTOs and leadership; support pre-sales where needed.
