Job summary

FullStack, an AI-native engineering partner, is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship production-grade agents within client environments.

You'll combine consultant, operator, and engineer roles to validate business cases, design end-to-end architectures, and deliver measurable value for Fortune 500 clients while working 100% remotely across the Americas.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
Proven experience with APIs, service design, and distributed systems.
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to scope a defensible AI approach.
Structure the process and the spec for automation that AI systems can execute reliably.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and tool integration.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integrations.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release processes.
Consult with leadership, defend decisions, and support pre-sales scoping.
