Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear, executive-ready insights. You will build dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Python, and help optimize data models for accuracy and speed.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, cross-functional collaboration with remote teams, and data storytelling that informs decisions for Fortune 500 brands and ambitious startups alike. Strong SQL and BI tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
Hands-on Python development experience.
Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA) and English at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities
