AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI solutions, including data sourcing, modeling, and storytelling with data, while collaborating across remote teams.

Key requirements include 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) for coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
