Stayd Collective is hiring an Account Manager for a remote LATAM role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You will nurture day‑to‑day partner relationships, keep campaigns on track, and drive measurable outcomes across higher education and nonprofit sectors.

You’ll work with an Account Director on larger accounts and independently own partner relationships as the primary contact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in marketing/agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable internal direction.

Responsabilités

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners with proactive, partner-first communication.
• Run partner check-ins with clear agendas and action items.
• Translate partner needs into internal direction and maintain scope records.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights.
• Align creative, media, and analytics teams for smooth execution.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing and enrollments.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities and support proposals.
• Assist onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing when needed.
