Job summary

Tecpetrol is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote role focused on LATAM higher education and nonprofit campaigns. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, run check-ins, and translate partner needs into actionable internal directions to keep campaigns on track.

You will collaborate with an Account Director on larger accounts, while independently owning partners as their primary point of contact. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management (marketing/agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication—clear, friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance reports and campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear, proactive, and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins for owned accounts with strong agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep detailed records on scope, deliverables, and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights that drive smarter decisions.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned so execution stays smooth and predictable.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities early and support proposals alongside the Account Director.
• Jump into onboarding and new business support when needed to help partnerships start strong.
• Assist with account financial health by supporting reporting accuracy and following up on invoicing as requested.
